FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The coverage page describes a company-intelligence network spanning more than 200 countries and territories. Availability for a particular verification depends on the entity, jurisdiction, source and field required.
No. Legal identity may be available when shareholders, financial statements or monitoring are not. Evaluate coverage at field level rather than treating a country listing as a complete company-data guarantee.
Send the jurisdiction, identifiers, required claims and expected volume for a coverage assessment. Include representative companies so the review can identify matching issues, missing fields and evidence limitations.
Request a coverage assessmentThe regional coverage includes state and provincial company records. Supply the relevant registration jurisdiction where known; a business name alone may match multiple entities across different states or provinces.
Availability varies materially by jurisdiction and source. A company may have an identity record without a complete officer or shareholder list, so missing people must not be interpreted as evidence that none exist.
No. Filing requirements, publication practices and available modules differ. Check the reporting years, currency, entity scope and statement types needed for your financial-data workflow before relying on coverage.
No. Matching a VAT or tax identifier to an entity is different from confirming its live tax-registration status. A validity conclusion requires explicit, relevant evidence from a source that provides that status.
There is no single update interval for every field or registry. Review source-update information and retrieval time separately, and agree any required freshness or monitoring cadence for the specific workflow.
Similar names, trading names and registrations in multiple jurisdictions can produce several candidates. Compare registration numbers, legal names and jurisdiction before choosing the entity whose claims will be checked.
It should cover entity resolution, required fields, source lineage, historical periods, update cadence, monitoring support and data rights. Record the gaps alongside the supported capabilities.
