Enterprise permissions, service levels and data rights must be explicit. A checkout receipt does not grant unrestricted redistribution, resale or bulk extraction rights.
Subscription cycle
Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled under the applicable order.
Usage
Each accepted verification or scheduled re-check consumes claim credits. Self-serve plans pause at the published allowance and do not add automatic overage fees.
Cancellation
Self-service cancellation is intended to take effect at the end of the paid period; negotiated orders may differ.
Data rights
Operational use is included only to the extent stated in the order. Redistribution, resale, white-labelling and AI-training rights require an express written grant.
Taxes
Published prices exclude taxes unless expressly stated. Applicable tax treatment is confirmed during checkout or contracting.
USE OF VERIFICATION OUTPUT
Evidence supports a decision. It does not make the decision.
Coverage, available fields and update frequency vary by source and jurisdiction.
A verdict records what could be evidenced at a point in time. A later source change can make the published claim stale.
An unsupported verdict means sufficient evidence was not returned; it is not proof that the assertion is incorrect.
Customers remain responsible for their policies, regulated decisions and downstream use of CompanyProof output.
