With monitor: true, an active live evaluation or paid live plan schedules only claims whose initial verdict is verified. The current beta check interval is approximately 24 hours; registry availability and source-refresh timing vary by jurisdiction.

A confirmed change preserves the original value, records the new source value, marks the claim stale and pauses that claim for review. A missing value, unavailable source or mismatched entity is a failed check: the last successful evidence stays intact, no change webhook is sent, and a retry is scheduled after one hour.
